RETURNS - We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products except for custom built battery packs.
Varta packs are considered custom built so make sure you order the correct battery pack. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with the product that you received please contact us by e-mail to get a RMA number
first. We will need to know what item you are returning, your phone number, address and invoice number in your e-mail. We will then e-mail a RMA number
to you. Product must then be shipped back to us within ten days for credit after RMA number is issued.
All returned products for refund may be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be in original package, in good condition
with original invoice. We do not refund shipping charges unless the product that we shipped was in our error.
