UPS SHIPPING - Our default shipping method for all orders is by UPS ground within the USA unless otherwise requested.
Most orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. We do not charge any handling fees
except for Hazmat shipping. UPS will charge at least $8.00 correction charge or more for
ground service and a $15.00 correction charge or more for air service that you agree to pay when making a purchase
if any information on the shipping address is incorrect or if you have
the package redirected to another address. So please make sure your information is correct.
Also, all FREE SHIPPING offers are by ground only. If an item that was purchased with Free Shipping is returned for a refund, the shipping cost is not part of the refund.
If we ship something in error then we pay all extra shipping cost to return item)s)and to send out the correct item(s).
If the customer orders the wrong item(s)then the customer pays all shipping cost to get the correct item(s). An RMA# is required for all returns.

USPS Shipping - We recommend UPS shipping for all our packages: however we understand that customers would like a lower
cost option that USPS First Class Mail provides for small light items under 13 ounces. We will also ship items that weight more then 13 ounces but there
is a 10 lb limit per box. If we can get everything into one box we will do that and not charge anything extra. If the total weight is over 10 lbs and we have to use
multiple boxes then we will have to charge you for any extra shipping fee which will be added at the time the order is processed. If we have to use UPS instead of USPS
then we will only charge you the USPS fee that is on your order. No Hazmat batteries can go by USPS so only UPS will be used and the UPS shipping rates will apply.
UPS is different then USPS in two ways:
1. UPS is a delivery time guarantee service and USPS is not. If your order is time sensitive or you need to have the
order by a certain date then please use UPS for your delivery service. UPS does a great job in getting a package to its designation on time.
2. UPS provides a detail tracking for your package while USPS does not.
3. UPS packages are insured but not by USPS.
